The Bright Horizon is a heavily modified Corellian Engineering Corporation YT-1300 class Light Freighter owned by Jedi Master Dav Man'Sell. Purchased in early 41ABY, shortly after Dav reattained the rank of Jedi Knight, the Bright Horizon was upgraded extensively by him, with assistance from Dav's astromech droid, R2-D30, and Jedi Knight Ton Phedi.

The craft was utilised extensively in Jedi missions by Dav and other Jedi of the Praxeum, and the upgrades installed were designed to serve multiple functions to that end.
