Appearance:

A little higher than average height, martial artist's physique, jet black hair pushed into a lazy side part. The weight and maturity of his duties as a master in direct service to the High Council has matured him into having a fuller, grizzled beard, abandoning the maintenance of a tight beard kept real tight along the jaw line with piercing blue eyes.

Can Be seen wearing a personal royal blue tunic with an old glory gold Mandalorian sash tied about his waist, a momento from his father's clan; Corellian trousers with blood stripes and knee high boots-- remnant of a military career long since abandoned.

Biography:

Born William Caster, his mother's (Kristina Caster a Galactic Alliance Senator of Corellia) maiden name; he eventually took his Mandalorian father's clan name, Son'tir after fighting alongside him on an intrepid on Concord Dawn, when Will was still a knight; there he met and fostered a relationship with his estranged brother, Jim. Born on Corellia as well, but trained as a full Mandalorian; but as the old addage goes-- you can take the boy out of Corellia but you can't take Corellia out of the boy.

Will Son'tir would eventually move on to become a Master of the Corellian Emclave, under the direction of Corran Horn. He spent a number of years teaching the padawans there. He even had a hand in training the now dismantled Confederation former Chief of State Kel'Al Raganella. Before that, during his knighthood, Will spent a number of years as a liaison to the Mandalorians, studying their hand-to-hand combat. Ironically enough, he passed his jedi trials on Haruun Kal while settling a border dispute among the indigenous people there. He had his first brush with the raw ferocity of Vaapad, as well as the Darkside. Eventually mastering Vaapad, he later found that it was not his preferred technique and focused on mastering Soresu, the jedi's master's more conservative technique. His later years as a diplomat, he decided that more subtle use of the lightsaber was much more fitting. Will earned his worth as a prominent master of the order during the onslaught at the 2nd galactic Civil War against the Sith Order of the Nine with his exploits in the Battle of Garqi. His prowess in protecting the padawans elevated him to the rank of Master.

The war left Will scarred in more ways then one. . . forcing Will to take a sabbatical from the Order and began a sojourn across the galaxy; it later turner into hat can best be described as a vicious vigilante venture under the guiles of jedi business. A run in with his Corellian compatriot, Will was persuaded to come back to the obligations of the Order.

He resumes his post at the Corellian Enclave, eventually becoming the Headmaster where he presided as the chief protector of the system during the blockade at Corellia. This brought a need for him to be closer contact with the Jedi High Council.

With the onset of the knighthood his last Padawan, Zane Shadolen, The High Council bequeathed Son'tir to help lead the Order in the turmoil times of the emergence of the Sith Order of the Nine; becoming senior member of the Jedi Investigators, Watchman to Mon Calamari, and a Headmaster at the academy on Corellia-- Will quickly found himself over his head. The cocky Corellian broke down under pressure as he went into deep cover finding the aquatic conspirators that threatened the safety of all of Dac-- the Red Eclipse. . .

Now the reemergence of the Mandalorian Empire as a threat to the Galactic Alliance has brought Will out of cover and back under the command of Kam Salusar, Senior Jedi Master of Luke Skywalker's New Jedi Order, as they fly in to meet with Will's old friends at the Jedi temple on Yavin IV. . . .
